archive and send faxes to the
recipient automatically. Instead of
physically carrying the fax to the
recipient, it can now be
automatically stored into the system
where the recipient is able to view
it immediately upon receipt. User
predefined rules can be applied upon
receipt for archiving or storage in
preferred folders.
e-File.
An e-File in docsafe™
is a collection of different kinds
of documents that are grouped
together based on common data, it
allows retrieval of logically
